There was plenty of exciting football on Thursday and Saturday, but there should be even more thrilling action on the gridiron on Sunday.
We’ve got 11 NFL games over the two afternoon slates on Sunday, and the majority of them will have some sort of impact on the playoff race. In the early window, the Cowboys host a Chargers team that is still in the hunt to win the AFC West. In Carolina, the Panthers host the Buccaneers in a battle for first place in the NFC South.
In the late afternoon state, the Broncos host the Jaguars in a battle that could determine the AFC’s No. 1 seed. The Steelers and Lions also battle in Detroit in a near must-win game for both teams.
